This is the creation of rose for a contest that celebrate Sant Jordi in Catalonia. The Sant Jordi rose is the central symbol of Sant Jordi’s Day (St. George's Day), celebrated every April 23rd in Catalonia. Known as the Catalan Valentine's Day, it is a massive festival of love and culture where streets fill with stalls selling millions of roses.
